Oregon Consular Corps Scholarship
The Oregon Consular Corps Scholarship was established in 2007 to provide annual awards to support International Degree students. This award is funded by the Oregon Consular Corps, consisting of consuls general and honorary consuls for 26 countries. The OCC will give away two scholarships of $2500 each to ID students who:
- are fully admitted to the International Degree program.
- have at least three terms left at OSU (expected Summer or Fall 2013 graduates may apply)
- have the equivalent of a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
- can describe their goals for and have intentions to pursue an international career.
Funds may be used for tuition at OSU only (OSU approved study abroad/international internship programs are considered part of OSU tuition).
Applications for the 2012-13 Oregon Consular Corps Scholarships are due 5pm, Monday, October 22, 2012. Complete the application and return to the International Degree Program in Heckart Lodge, 2900 SW Jefferson Way.
Our winners are celebrated at the Oregon Consular Corps Scholarship dinner in January each year, as well as at the Annual International Awards and Scholarships Dinner in May. Past recipients have included:
